Created by Jethro's Uncle Thomas more than 50 years ago in South Carolina, Jethro's Original Recipe Southern BBQ Sauce is a refined version of Uncle T's original creation.  A mustard base with brown sugar, citrus, black pepper, red pepper, and 27 different spices hits you with sweet, citrussy, spicy, and bold flavor.  Truly remarkable on chicken and pork.  Marinate chicken for 1 hr then use as a basting sauce or pour over your pulled pork sandwiches.  Where it really shines on any red meat...steaks, brisket, and venison pair very well.
